- The African Union Development Agency- New Partnership for Africa’s Development (AUDA-NEPAD) has received a grant from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Fund for African Private Sector Assistance (“FAPA”) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Consulting Services to provide Institutional Capacity Building and Post Acceleration Support.
- The objective of the assignment is to provide post acceleration support to 15 SMEs that have participated in the AUDA-NEPAD HGSA. The firm will provide technical assistance and necessary ancillary services that facilitate the fulfilment of the objectives of institutionalizing the HGSA and Capacity Building for AUDA NEPAD staff.
- The estimated duration of the assignment is 36 months.
- The AUDA-NEPAD now invites eligible consultancy firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
- Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015 which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
