Based on the Capacity Development Project for Investment and Policy (CAADP - CDPIP) experiences from Cameroon, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho and Tanzania, this document is a compilation of approaches and resources in nine modules for stakeholders engaged in formulating, reviewing or implementing  a National Agriculture Investment Plan (NAIP) in the context of the CAADP. The separation of themes and topics into nine modules allows users to refer directly to the topic or challenge that they intend to address.
