Please note that the invitation for the on-site participation from outside Cameroon was already sent for the designated guests. The number of these invitation for the on-site participation is limited because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate your understanding.

Registration for online participation

Registration for the online participation through the following steps will start from 31st August 2022.Online Participation in the conference is free of charge, although participants are expected to cover the costs for their internet connections.

Those who register through the following steps will be informed of the necessary zoom link and manual/instructions for the online participation by no later than 3rd October 2022 (one day before Day 1).

Please provide the necessary information in the on-line registration form as below by no later than 29th September, 2022. You will receive an automatic reply when your registration is complete (If you do not receive an automatic reply you probably entered the wrong email address).

Participants in-person in Cameroon

The events at Hilton Yaoundé are open only to participants who bring invitation letters with them. If you have no invitation, please chose the online participation.

Audience for the Online presentation by nominees of Africa Kaizen Award(AKA) 2022

Prior to the AKAC 2022, the online presentation of Kaizen activities by nominees of the Africa Kaizen Award 2022 will be held between 10:00 and 13:00 (Cameroon Time, GMT/UTC+1) from 20th to 22nd September 2022 (Please see the attachment-5 for the details including the schedule).Whoever wants to watch the presentation, please register by the below registration link no later than 19th September.

Once the registration is done, you will get the necessary zoom link to watch immediately from the zoom system. Please also be reminded that you need to register day by day.

Merci de tenir compte du fait que les invitations pour la participation en présentiel ont été déjà envoyées aux invités nommés d’en dehors du Cameroun. Le nombre des invitations pour la participation en présentiel est limité par raison de la crise sanitaire de la COVID-19. Votre compréhension est hautement appréciée.

Inscription aux événements virtuels

Les inscriptions aux événements virtuels seront ouverts à partir du 31 août 2022 en respectant les étapes suivantes. La participation à distance est gratuite, sauf que les participants à ces sessions sont demandés de se charger de leurs frais de connexion Internet.

Ceux qui s’inscrivent en respectant les étapes suivantes vont recevoir le lien Zoom et le manuel/consignes de la participation à distance au plus tard le 03 octobre 2022 (un jour avant l’ouverture de l’événement).

Vous receverez une réponse automatique lorsque votre inscription est complétée (en cas de non réception d’une réponse automatique, il y aura probablement une faute de saisie de votre adresse mail).

Participants en présentiel au Cameroun

Seuls les participants qui montrent les lettres d’invitation ont le droit d’accéder à Hilton Yaoundé. Si vous n’avez reçu d’invitation, merci de participer aux événements virtuels.

Audience des presentations à distance par les nommés aux prix Kaizen Afrique (AKA) 2022 Antérieurement à l’AKAC 2022, la session des présentations sur les activités Kaizen réalisées par les nommés aux prix Kaizen Afrique sera organisée du 20 au 22 septembre 2022, de 10h00 à 13h00 (Heure locale au Caméroun, GMT/UTC+1). (Veuillez consulter la pièce jointe n°5) Pour ceux qui veulent suivre les présentations à distance, merci de s’inscrire sur la page dont le lien ci-après avant le 19 septembre.

Une fois l’inscription est terminée, vous allez recevoir immédiatement le lien Zoom pour regarder les présentations. Merci aussi de rendre compte au fait que vous êtes demandés de s’inscrire à chaque jour de présentations séparément.
