- A policy document highlighting key outcomes of the Paris Agreement and expectations and priorities for Africa was developed. The document also recommends policy responses needed to promote the implementation of the Paris Agreement in Africa’s major sectors, particularly, agriculture.
- The Africa Pavilion that was established at the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change COP 22 in Marrakesh, Morocco provided an opportunity for African Heads of State, Member States, Regional Economic Communities and other key actors to interact and share experiences on climate change in Africa.
