KAIZEN on the African continent:

Through technical cooperation with the Government of Japan through JICA, seven Kaizen  projects are being implemented in Tunisia, Ghana, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia, and one Kaizen project was completed in Egypt.

At TICAD IV held in August 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya, the NEPAD Agency and the Government of Japan agreed on a rollout plan of Kaizen to all African countries.  The plan includes establishing centers of excellence in each of the five regions of the continent to promote Kaizen on the African continent.
