Biennial Review, the country’s expenditure on Agriculture stands at 14% which is already above the 10% target, 100% of men and women engaged in agriculture having access to financial services, low levels of malnourishment at 4.5%, 42% of rural women with access to productive agricultural assets and 100% of farm, pastoral and fishing households that have already adopted climate and weather resilient technologies
