The “Sustaining CAADP Momentum” aims to rally the desired political ‘buy-in’, technical and financial resources for a rapid expansion and re-orientation of capacity enhancement. This CAADP thrust calls for an overarching an “Agricultural Education and Skills Improvement Framework (AESIF)” as a continental level framework to stimulate and coordinate a common agenda to drive forward an agricultural education and skills enhancement for over the next decade (2013-2023). In a simplified form, it is about vocational training and tertiary education.
