This report summarizes the preliminary findings of a team of World Bank consultants who visited Guinea from January 21 to February 8, 2013 and from July 22 to 28, 2013 to support the Ministry of Agriculture (MAG), the Ministry of Livestock (MAG& EL), the Ministry of the Environment, Water, and Forests (MEEF), and the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture (MPA) in carrying out an Agricultural Public Expenditure Review.
