Cameroon National Consultative Report

Cameroon is one of the five countries that were selected to conduct national level studies that involved a broad consultation and participatory processes that would contribute to the development of an Africa-wide Programme Document on Gender and Climate-Smart Agriculture. This report presents a situation analysis of the gender and climate change in Cameroon, the experienced climate change impacts and coping strategies of its women farmers, constraints and barriers to women farmers’ effective adaptation to climate change, and the priority investment needs for enhanced resilience and adaptive capacity to climate change of small holder women farmers in Cameroon.
